We admit it. we’re the issue. This lack of mentors, specifically male mentors, is our fault. Am I overstating our importance here? We are MEN. We need more of us. Men to step up to mentor, volunteer, and fill a gap in the lives of youngsters who are hungry for a role model.
What have we been busy with? Lots of things, our wives, family, all our kids, work, friends, Facebook to write about all our busyness, our pets, Xbox, exercising, working more, mowing the lawn, watching tv, and all kinds of other legitimate things that keep us very busy.
The truth is that we just don’t know why there is such a massive deficit of male mentors in Muncie and throughout the United States of America. We have 31 kids right now signed up and waiting for a mentor in Muncie. The “ask” in this note is to show up for 1 hour, and maybe walk away with a $50 VISA gift card, to help us start to find the answer.
We believe if we can find the answer in Muncie, that hundreds of other agencies throughout the USA will benefit from our findings. YOU and your brain, and your friends, can make history on April 25th. Read below on how to make it happen. Then, MAKE IT HAPPEN!
